{Georgetown Dance Photographer} Poppy Fest!

My daughter dances at the Performing Arts Studio here in Gtown. Every year they put on a fabulous performance at the Poppy Festival. It's always a great day and this year was no exception. I photographed every single dance, but here are a few highlights. Parents, let me know if you'd like a copy of any of these (or see the others, there are a couple hundred). I love this kid! He has been in class with my daughter for 2 years now, and he is so much fun. And such a sweetie - when Abby was out sick one day, he painted a beautiful painting for her (which now hangs in her room). This is his second time to come in to commemorate his birthday - we did a few for mom and something fun for his room. Plus, he's graduating Kindergarten - doesn't he look distinguished?? {Georgetown Family Photographer} Beauty x4!

I had the pleasure of photographing the gorgeous "L" family recently. What a lucky daddy to have such pretty girls around him all the time! Better have that shotgun ready, though, when M starts dating ... just sayin! Not only were they beautiful but they were sweet and fun, too. I just love how little H sat down in the family portrait. Showing off her independent spirit, for sure (and they chose that as their wall portrait - I love it!!) Here are a few favorites...

Bunny Sessions March 27-28 - Austin Children's Photographer

The bunnies are coming! Our annual bunny event will take place on March 27-28, plenty of time to have portraits before Easter. We've got a few spots left! Any little girl will LOVE to push around a "baby bunny" in this buggy!

I love hanging with kids in the elementary years. They are so much fun, they are truly "themselves" with none of the hangups we seem to garner over the years. This is Elijah and he came in for a birthday session and collage. His birthday just passed, but he'll see this today on his party day, and I hope he loves it! I first met the "U" girls two years ago when they came in for a session. I fell in love with them, they are so funny and just fun to hang with. I also love their mom, she and I have become good friends. I just have the best job and meet the coolest people!
