Loving my Red Couch! {Georgetown Family Photographer}

A few weeks ago I found the most gorgeous red couch for sale on craigslist. When I called the owner, it turned out to be another photographer, who was sad to let it go (but didn't have the room to keep it). I am proud to say I have been putting it to great use this holiday season, with all the beautiful holiday outfits!
The "A" family came in recently for a session. I got to photograph the kiddos last Christmas, and this year the whole family got involved. They are such a photogenic family! Here are a few of my faves, including one on the red couch!)

Home for the Holidays! {Georgetown Family Photographer}

I've been photographing one piece of this extended family for many years now. When Karri called to say her whole family would be in Georgetown this Thanksgiving, I was thrilled and honored to create a family portrait series for them. We had the most gorgeous weather, thank goodness, and went to a local park for the session. Here are a couple of highlights. With seven ADORABLE grandkids, there were too many favorites to narrow down! Enjoy!

We had a blast this past weekend with our holiday mini sessions. It was great seeing all the different outfits and how everyone chose to incorporate the theme of "White Christmas." I can't wait for everyone to see the custom cards we've designed, something special for each of you!! Here are a few highlights of the White Christmas sessions ...

Blogging, Holidays, Busy, Oh My! {Stressed Out Photographer}

I just want to apologize to those who are waiting on a blog posting!! If you watch the blog, you probably thought I was on vacation, maybe lounging somewhere tropical with an umbrella in my drink :) Nope, just gearing up for the busy season!! I will be posting something each day the rest of this week, I promise!!

Also, I wanted to let everyone know about our upcoming Holiday Minis, November 12-14. That is next week, folks!! We are doing a "white christmas" set with a white tree, white sparkly presents and white rug. Of course, white, gray or pastel clothing will be super, but kids-in-jammies are always adorable, and the bright colors popular this season will also really pop against the white! I also have some white tutus!

We will also have a red holiday setup available for those trendy black/white/red combos I've been seeing everywhere!!

These sessions are limited to three days (Thur 11/12 thru Sat 11/14). If you want a Saturday, you need to call ASAP, those will go fast! 930-1902

Two options for your session:

a) $25 per person session fee, covers session only OR

b) $249 incl session, 1-11x14 & 8 wallets (same pose), plus 24 holiday cards. Up to 5 family members, $25 per additional.
