I was excited to work with Jillian recently. She is such an amazing girl - beautiful both inside and out. Headed to nursing school soon, she wanted some natural outdoor portraits. We had a fun time doing just that - plus a few in the studio, too! Here are a few of my faves...

It's My Birthday - YOU Get the Presents!! {Austin Family Photographer}
Yes, it's that special day that comes once a year. As I get older, birthdays have more special meaning to me, yet somehow I dread them, LOL. So this year, instead of ME getting gifts, I'm giving one to you, my lovely clients.
For 24 hours only, I am having a Birthday Bonanza! For only $599.00+tax, you can get a session here at the studio (indoor or outside - yes, the bluebonnets are still blooming for a few days), plus a CD of your favorite ten images with personal print license, those same images as 5x7 finished prints, and one 11x14 mounted portrait. Print as many as you' d like from the cd -share with family and friends, make cards, books, etc! Save over $600!
The only "catch" is that you must use this session by May 31, 2010. Session must be booked by choosing the "buy now" button here on the blog. Please include your email and PHONE so we can call you to select a date. WEEKEND dates are VERY limited (none in April), so if your schedule requires a weekend, don't delay! No limit on how many you purchase, but each one is good for a single session (no combining) and session must take place by May 31, 2010! (May not be combined with any other offer - sorry!!)
Enjoy!!

{Georgetown Senior Photographer} The Unsinkable Molly B!
Okay, that quote is just stuck in my head - unsinkable has nothing to do with this Molly :) I did have a blast with Molly B - she shares many of my hobbies - travel, photography, sports! And the girl is funny! I just love my job - getting to meet such great young people and create something special for them to remember this amazing time in their lives. Here are a few of my faves from Molly's "designer" session ...

{Georgetown Senior Photographer} Beautiful Alexa
The lovely Alexa came in for her senior portraits last week. I have been photographing the women of this family for several years now, starting with Kari - who comes in semi-annually for her business portrait - and then big sis, Kelsey. I am honored to continue to celebrate the gorgeous women in this family! Alexa has big plans to head overseas after graduation - I'll admit a bit of envy and travel-lust when she was telling me about her options. I know she will do great! Here are a few faves from her session ...

BLUEBONNETS!! {Austin Family Photographer}
I know you've all seen the bluebonnets popping up along the highways. Well, since I will NEVER put a child at risk by photographing them alongside a busy street, I have waited til ours (on our studio property) are ready - and they ARE!
We are booking this week and next, with a BONUS - Saturday, April 10, we will be off-site at a private ranch for sessions. There will not be an extra Saturday fee (like there normally is), so if you need a Saturday and want bluebonnets, this is your only chance :)
Call now to schedule your session - these will take place in late afternoon/evening, so weeknights shouldn't cause too many scheduling issues with school and work! 512.930.1902

{Austin Woman Photographer} Wife, Mother, Friend, Survivor
My dear friend, Lynette, is a breast cancer survivor. She has been so strong in all the trials she has been through, and wanted to do something special - to celebrate not only her beating this horrible affliction, but also to celebrate her being a WOMAN! I was thrilled to help her. Incorporating the "pink ribbon" symbol was important, so we made her into the ribbon. We had a really good time creating special images, not only for herself, some for her hubby, and one special image for her daughters. Here are a few of my faves ...

{Georgetown Senior Photographer} The Lovely Miss Ashley
I love it when I get a referral from a happy client. Ashley's mom was sent to me by one of my confirmation students from last spring. What a fun girl! She not only has some cool ink but also plays the violin. Yes, I made her play for me :) We did both indoor and outside here at the studio. I know she is going to love these!! Here are a few of my faves of this beautiful GHS senior ...

{Georgetown Pregnancy Photographer} Boy or Girl?
That is the question... The gorgeous Alison is in my book club and is expecting her third child. She is going to wait til the birth to find out the answer to that question. Which totally baffles me, since I am the *queen* of impatience - I had to find out as soon as possible with both of mine!
I was honored to have Alison and her adorable boys in the studio to capture this special time. Here are a few of my faves ...

{Austin Family Photographer} Grands are Great!
The "C" family came in over spring break for a special portrait session with their grandchildren. Mrs. C bought my auction donation at the PlayBingo event for the Center for Child Protection last fall. Such a great cause, and such a great family! Both kids looked great, I daresay they even had fun before we were done :) And they will all treasure the portrait with their grandparents! Here are a few of my faves ...

{Georgetown Family Photographer} Bundles of Energy!
The "B" family came to see me recently for a family session. You may remember Lynn from our "Hot Mamas" portrait party. Her two girls were just delightful, and full of energy. Add dad and a big, very gentle dog, and you've got one fabulous family! They've been waiting a bit for this sneak peek (due to their traveling over spring break) so I know they are anxious to see the great images we captured. Here are a few faves.
The storyteller collage is a favorite from this type of session because it really showcases the fun we all had.
I just love this image of the girls with their dog. You could really tell this dog loves them - he was so patient with all the hugging, giggling and activity. Such a special bond between a child and their pet!
