Sweet Mr. K - Austin Children's Photographer

I love this little guy! Well, he isn't so little anymore - he just turned FIVE! I've been photographing him since he was just under 1yr, so it's been fun watching him grow into a real BOY over the years. We had fun at his session, he was telling me all about how he was going to buy a rifle when he left. He's already gotten one spike, and next year he plans on getting a TEN-POINT BUCK! I told him he has to bring me some venison sausage when he gets that buck! Here are a few faves from his session...

My Heroes! Austin Children's Photographer

These two handsome brothers came in recently for a session. They were so sweet, and really fun. At the end of their session, we ventured outside - the whole session was intended for outdoors but it was REALLY windy. Anyway, we hung out down by the creek for a bit, then we saw a SNAKE! Now, granted, it wasn't RIGHT by us, it was down IN the creek, but I was pretty freaked out. I do NOT like snakes. These boys were great - they saw it, we high-tailed it back to the studio, and they made me feel very protected. I told them they saved my life :) Here are a few of my faves from the session (and no, we didn't get that "jumping" shot that we had planned to do, in the creek, thanks to the darn old snake)...

Beauty x 4 - Austin Children's Photographer

The lovely Beard girls came in for a session recently. You may remember I photographed baby C's newborn session last year, and she is turning one. We celebrated by photographing all three girls, plus their gorgeous mommy! Add in my own 4-almost-5 Abby, who "helps" me with sessions, especially ones with little girls, we had quite the fun time, just us girls! There are SO many amazing images of these sweet girls, but here are a few of my favorites ...

Little Man X - Austin Children's Photographer

It was so great to see this little guy! I first photographed him when he was less than a year, and have seen him only once since. The coolest thing - his daddy has a large canvas of him from the first session - and it's almost this exact pose and expression (just facing the other way)!! What luck!! Plus his daddy is working out of town right now, so I know he is going to be excited to see these. We even snuck mommy into a few! Enjoy...

BFF! Miss Ellie

This little sweetie just happens to be my daughters BFF! They started school together this year and just love each other. Abby (my girl) was so excited that Ellie was coming over for a session. Probably because that meant that afterward, they could play for a little bit. Ellie came in a year ago with her brother, and wow, she has grown up so much! She is just a little doll!
