More of Miss Aolani {Austin Baby Photographer}

Sweet little Aolani came in recently for a Wild Wednesday mini session. It was a great introduction for both of us. It was love at first site for all of us, and her gorgeous mommy brought her back for a signature session. We're doing a flush-mount album of this entire session (plus she gets a set of digi-files, too!). It was really fun to have an extended amount of time with Aolani and her parents. Tween Spirit! {Austin Children's Photographer}

Miss M came in recently for a custom session. Her step-mom wanted her to have a great experience and show off how beautiful she is. I remember those tween years and UGH, it's not a time I'd like to revisit. I would have loved a photo session like this - I know Maddie had a great time and hope that when she sees these images, she'll know I was serious when I said how beautiful she is. LOVE her gorgeous eyes! She and her mom had planned several cool outfits to make it really special. I especially love that she brought in her puppy and jammies!! Here is a sneak peek!

Sweet Baby V {Austin Baby Photographer}

I was thrilled to photograph the newest member of a family of good friends of ours. The "J" family we first met through soccer - Will coached both Macee and the twins on different teams the past few years - and I have photographed them in that realm. When Missy was pregnant, I couldn't wait to meet their sweet new baby, Vivee.
While I love having newborns in the studio, it was a treat to see Miss Vivee at 3 months. She was not only smiles and cuddles, but she also slept like a newborn, so we got the best of both worlds (haha - it doesn't always happen that 3 monthers will sleep in the studio!!) She also showed off her "famous" pout. Lucky for us all, she warmed up after her little nap! Here are a few of my faves from her session. I'm hoping that Missy & Lee will love them so much, that they enroll Vivee into my baby's first year club. I'd love to see this cutie pie another couple times this year!!

Painting Fun {Austin Creative Photographer}

I hosted a local group of photographers last week for a background painting party. We had a ton of fun, and this year I actually got FINISHED with mine! Don't ask about last year - I think my drop got about 1/4 finished and I never even looked at it again :( Anyway, I was proud of myself and wanted to test it out. Here is my Abby, in her dancewear. I'm loving this drop for the current trend of light teal and pink clothing! What do you think??
