Little Harry is one of our Bright Beginnings members. It's so much fun watching all the changes in a baby's first year. Harry wasn't as smiley this time, he was more interested in holding onto his mommy - which is very typical at this age. We still managed to get several great shots! Here are a few of my faves ...

Growing Family
I had the pleasure of meeting the T family last week. They are expecting their third baby soon and wanted to capture the family as it is now, plus a few maternity images. They are all so photogenic! K & K were both so cute, and I know will be such a big help to mom when the new baby (little K) arrives. Here are a few of my faves from the session ...
Baby N!
Sweet Baby N - he was so alert for a newborn! Did NOT want to sleep, LOL. But he was still super sweet and so adorable. I think we finally wore him out because at the end of the session we had a few BIG yawns. Bet he slept ALL the way home :)
Big Brother E was cute, too, but he was having very little interest in being photographed. I was able to capture a few great shots of the two brothers before E went outside with his uncle to see all our farm animals. Here are a few of my faves from the session...

Four Generations!
This is the M family, and I was honored to photograph FOUR generations for them this past weekend. Little Maddie is a part of my Bright Beginnings Club, and will have her four month session next week, but came in early to celebrate all the wonderful women in their family.
This type of session is close to my heart. I have a treasured photograph of my own mom, grandmother and great grandmother, taken when I was around 1-1 1/2. It's just one of those great 70's snapshots, but I treasure it. See, my grandmother passed away about a year later. I was super close with my great grandmother, but sadly did not really get to know my grandmother. So to encourage families to come in to create this type of treasured heirloom for their own family, I gift the grandmothers with a small, art-mounted portrait of the group.
What are you waiting for??
Here are a few favorites from their session. I can't wait to see Maddie for her own session this Friday!

Pageant Princess
Meet Montana. She is competing in a pageant next month and came in for some new photos. Isn't she adorable? She is six, and I really enjoy photographing this age. Maybe it's because she is accustomed to being "on stage" but she really took direction well and had some real "moves" of her own. Here are a few of my faves ...
Last Senior of the Season
This is Taylor. Isn't she the cutest? She is so spunky and fun. She is getting ready to head to THE University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em Horns!!). I have to admit that her session really made me feel my age - Taylor is the daughter of one of DH's fraternity brothers. Anyway, she is a real beauty and I was so excited to (finally) get to photograph her! Here are a few faves...

Sweet Sweet Baby!
Little Baby C was NOT in a good mood when he came in. But he was still soooo sweet and very snuggly. He definitely had his mommy and daddy all stressed out! I'm sure the lack of sleep with a newborn doesn't help with the stress levels! And I know that Stacey was SURE we got nothing. But not to worry, we got some BEAUTIFUL images. Here are a few of my faves...
And of course, if a baby does the "hook 'em horns" sign, they DEFINITELY make the blog :)

Still More Class of 2008
We're winding down the class of '08 - only a few more spots left if you want photos before graduation. Meet Tim (Anderson High). He was such a great sport - mom "made him" bring a bunch of different shirts. I think we got a nice variety and had a good conversation. It helps when we leave mom in the studio to chat with Will :) Here are a few of my faves from Tim's session...
More Seniors!!
I told you it was rockin' around here! Seniors every day :) LOVE IT! Here is Lauren, who was recently crowned Miss Georgetown - Congrats!! She is from Georgetown High and so gorgeous! Here are a few of my faves from her "Artist Choice " session and portrait safari to the railroad tracks...

SENIORS!!
It's been busy around here with seniors getting ready for graduation. Wow, the class of 2008 has some gorgeous kids - wait, young ADULTS - that are ready to take on the world. I do love photographing seniors. I love hearing their plans for the future, so much potential! They are so much fun to work with. And we can go to some neat places that I can't really take a toddler!
Here are previews for Lauren and Kelsi (both from Georgetown High). More seniors to come in the next day or so! Keep your eyes on the blog!!

Class of 2009 - it's not too early to start thinking about your senior portraits!! We have some great specials coming up for the summer!!
Carron & Kyle
I photographed Carron & Kyle's lovely wedding a couple weeks ago (sorry it took so long to blog this - it's been crazy here!) at the lovely Bella Note on Main. Everything was just perfect - even the weather cooperated for us! We had a blast taking fun photos on Main Street in downtown Round Rock. Carron and her girls had the cutest custom flip flops from "Got Happy Feet." I loved them and will definitely be ordering a pair before the summer comes. (Actually, check out her special on the "wild" line - I'm loving the zebra flip-flops!!) Her cake was beautiful (by Simon Lee Bakery), and delicious. And the gorgeous flowers were by Shannon at Bouquets of Austin. Here are some of my faves from their special day. Hope you guys had fun in Jamaica!
Also, some of Carron's beautiful bridal portraits, taken at the Capital of Texas.
