Totally Terrific Two!

Meet the "L" family - and the delightful Mr. "K." He is two, and there is nothing terrible about him! He was a teeny bit slow to warm up to me, especially in the studio, but it didn't take long to get some amazing smiles. Then when we went outside to explore the creek, he was "all boy" and we had a great time climbing trees, tossing leaves and running through the tall grass.
I loved the outfits that they chose - both mom and auntie and little K. I think I'm inspired to do red and chocolate brown for our next family photo session!!

Cozy Christmas - big fun!!

Hot Shots Sports

I've had fun working recently with the Georgetown Lady Eagles basketball team. What a great group of girls! The varsity players came in for a team poster (be sure to look for it on the team calendar/schedule to be posted around town) and while they were here, we took some individuals for our new "hot shots" sport pics. I think these are so cool, and I hope the girls do, too. They are 20x10 framed portraits. I've got a football player coming in soon, too. A great keepsake for the athlete in your life! Bad Blogger!!

I've really neglected the blog the last couple weeks. Mind you, we are photographing like crazy, and I will do my best to get everyone's sessions on the blog - even if it turns out to not be a sneak peek but a showcase after the fact! Your patience in this busy season is appreciated!

I am seriously in love with the new Silver and Stone restaurant here in Georgetown!! Yes, I know, my hubby works there. But it is really fabulous (and no, I don't get free food). I have been twice for dinner and twice for lunch. The lunch menu is fabulous, and I know that there are lots of mommies like me out there who like to get together for lunch.
